Our Founding Vision
HLC was founded by Md. Akib All Rabbi and Shaleh Akram Somrat with the vision of building a comprehensive law firm that delivers full-spectrum legal and regulatory support. Our integrated services are offered through eight specialized, yet interconnected, divisions.

We are proud to operate from two corporate offices: one at Concord Tower, 113 Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue, Banglamotor, Dhaka and another at Confidence Tower-2, Shajahanpur, Gulshan, Dhaka. Additionally, we have a branch office at 07 Shahid Sohrawardi Road, Kotwali Circle, Chattagram, and a Supreme Court Chamber.
